Ridiculously long wait times. I waited 2 hrs and then had to leave cause I had other appointments

It was extremely warm in the reception area. The examination room had perfect temperature. I did wait a little while. The doctor and staff were great. They helped me get through my scare. A special than you to arsalcedo, for going the extra mile. You don't get that this much these days!

I went for a simple hiv test the coordinator was calling me so often but she cant do anything but make the appointment I waited 45 min was seen by a female african American doctor she took seven valves of blood from me and when I returned for my results the test was never requested but they needed more blood I wanted to hurt someone and I felt disgusted that I was disregarded younger women of color should never go here they will be ignored my experience was terrible havent been to the dr since thanx sun river u solidified my distrust in the medical system
