Update: the owner claims this review does not belong to this company but that is false. I reverse searched the number my neighbors shared and Sardar Restoration Company comes up.If I could give 0 stars I would. Our neighbors hired this company to restore the brick and limestone face of their historic townhome. The contractor and his team did not put up the proper scaffolding to protect our adjoining townhouse. They allegedly promised not to use any acid during their project but the damage and debris on our side says otherwise. The paint on the railings was chipped. The plants in front of my home have still not recovered almost two years later (This was in July of 2022). They broke an exterior lamp as well. Most importantly there are stains all over the front of our house that were not there at the start of the project. Worse of all, they climbed over to our side to set up their janky scaffolding WITHOUT PERMISSION. They also power washed and ruined our custom wooden front doors without permission. Before the project was even finished, they were pressuring our neighbors to pay for the job. The owner said he would allegedly pay for the damage that was done but has not followed up since (similar to many other negative reviews). He had his team repaint our railings but did a terrible job that left black paint marks on our stairs that were also not there before this project started. It seems that some people are happy with the work of this company, but beware. Especially if you have an adjoining home.
