We were so impressed with The Bronx Limo Company. From the minute we spoke on the phone until the moment we said good night...we felt very well taken care of. Our driver Lewis went above and beyond to make our birthday excursion nothing short of magic. Our sprinter was clean and festive with lights, soft drinks and music. We had the best time during our drive. Lewis was receptive to all our messages and was waiting for us at our departure from our venue. I cannot recommend this company enough. AND...I can't wait to book them again!

Great experience with Bob and his team.  Very professional and accommodating with my last minute call and litany of instructions.  I will use them when ever I have clients in NYC.  Also reasonably priced which I always appreciate

Driver arrived at wrong address although it was just down the block. In my opinion was not dressed like a driver should be for a wedding. Had on jeans and a sports jacket. Wanted to be paid before we even stepped into the limo. Limo was horrible. Body work was terrible, windows in the back didnt work, radio didnt work, partition didnt work, in fact was covered with a black plastic bag. Decorations from a previous party still inside. Driver spoke broken English and started driving in the wrong direction to my wedding. He was nasty and rude. The price will definitely be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Most horrible limo experience ever!!!! Was a passenger in the limo and it was a horrible experience. The limo was booked for a summer wedding and the ac didnt work. Hair was sweated out and make up ruined. Only one window worked in the limo. And as you can see from the photos the other window button was clearly broken. Not to mention the door handle was broken that my daughter ended up cutting herself on and getting blood on not only her dress but the brides dress. Sun roof didnt work, Ac didnt work, cold water not provided, napkins couldnt even be provided to wipe the sweat from everyones face , limo showed up late and literal pieces of the limo falling apart during entrance and exit. Called Bob and his business partner Luis and all they did was place blame on who they out sourced the limo from and nothing was resolved. Never book with them if you have a classy event cause their limo as well as their customer service is trashy.
