My Agent was Johanny Colon. Honestly the difference between my staying with statefarm and going elsewhere. Professional. Courteous and did her diligence in rectifying an issue that my other agent compounded. The best.

Very Annoyed with Brian never followed up with me when stated he would, previous positive review has been deleted for this very reason! So i call recently and he's the first person to answer the phone which is interesting because you couldn't reply to a simple email for over 2 weeks. What annoyed me even more is that if your working on a request and the department grants the request aren't you given an email response back stating your request has been processed? So, that was your cue to email me to say hey or nay on the status of the request. Highly annoyed! I WORK in customer service for many years so i know how busy it can get and i receive tons of emails too but it our duty even if you are busy you still NEED TO FOLLOW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Agent was Thalia, She was Exceptional, Very patient. Went through the different options with me multiple times for better understanding. Explained everything in detail.
