Poor customer service. Message on the phone says you should make an appointment to cut your wait time but is not necessary, but when you get here the guards state you need an appointment.b you can't make an appointment if no one answered the phone.

at this office where is located at that's in the Bronx, New York in Fordam Plaza are people with kids and no kids are going to this NYCHA office for any reason they have like to apply for NYCHA apartments, to check the status of a application or for something else because around where this office is at that neighborhood is not safe at all and if you live far from this NYCHA office like in Downtown, New York where you need a train to get there, are people with kids or people with no kids are taking a train to this NYCHA office in Fordam Plaza in the Bronx, New York from Downtown, New York or from further down from Downtown New York because these days you can even get killed taking a subway train to Fordam Plaza in the Bronx New York or hurt badly you being inocent of being hurt or even killed so alot people taking that subway train to Fordam Plaza in the Bronx New York have to be running away from the violence and try to do your needs at that NYCHA office all scared or worried because you are thinking you are getting hurt or killed when you wanting or needing to go to that NYCHA office, in New York there is still gang members who want to hurt people out in the street in every borough especially in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan these days also probably in Queens
