        The check-in was nice and the receptionist was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a larger bed. However, the room was facing the street hence very noisy. The room was clean and cleaned everyday. The tap in the sink was broken and in general the room and hotel in general could use an upgrade. It said it included breakfast but the first morning the breakfast was not available. It was easy to get to Manhattan but the area was not nice and we did not feel comfortable.

        Excellent, very comfortable rooms with all the services Free coffee and ICE only It would be nice to at least have water in the rooms The area is close to the metro and bus The area is a little dirty and dark, but it is safe and has a quick connection to transportation.
