These guys are awful. Charged $375 to for no solution. All the plumber did was turn on the shower and say "yep that takes a while". Another plumbing company switched the handles on the shower and fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost. Apparently the $375 was to come out to the apartment? Save your money and go elsewhere, especially to places that give free quotes.

They did an excellent job replacing an old malfunctioning Floodgate automatic backwater valve. My basement got flooded the night of Hurricane Ida because of sewage backing up. Previous owners had installed a Floodgate, which wasn't maintained properly by subsequent owners. They managed to source the Floodgate at a time when they were scarce. Fran and his assistant did a great job. Their price was very reasonable.
