Ive come to this place twice to make copies of keys & both times have been a major disappointment. They never seem to cut the keys appropriately and they have no refund policy, So dont bother trying to get your cash back because youre not going to. They only offer Store credit. I would rather they tell me we dont have this key or we cant do it than take my money & screw up the key EVERYTIME! AVOID this place if youre trying to get duplicate keys I promise youll be disappointed.

I went in to buy some products. And I wasnt satisfied with none of the products. . The man that owned the shop before hand was so knowledgeable that he would INITIATE asking questions to make sure you were picking out the right thing. For example, the current owner sold me an oil based polyurethane that takes over 10 hours to dry and a stain thats oil based but didnt seem to dry quickly like items Ive bought before. The former owner wouldve asked me do you want water-based or oil based and then would have explained to me the difference and then wouldve asked do you want fast drying or standard. I guess I will need to start going back to the other hardware store.
