Have been using Fresh Direct over 20 years. Now have problems all the time. Items arrive damaged or rotten, items forgotten, deliveries late,. Today i received a text that part of my order was forgotten and will arrive separately which is a huge inconvenience bc i am a caregiver for a sick family member and this will interfere with medications i need to administer. Customer service extremely poor. All of these inconveniences all the time and they dont ever offer any incentive to make up for it. Very much a not my problem attitude.

It shows how little this company cares about its workers when express employees cant access FDC with their ID cards. I had to wait 15 minutes with security to get some papers signed by payroll. Im glad I left this sorry excuse of a company and moved on to a better job.

The Dominicans at this place need to go. Horrible staff and the environment is very hostile if youre not one of them. The company hires people obviously because they need people who want to work but then you get there and its like youre not even wanted. Even if youre more qualified than the current employees.

We have been using Fresh Direct for two to three years. We started small and now order 80 to 90% of our groceries from this company. I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased we are with the quality service and customer care!!! The quality of the vegetables are what keeps us coming back week after week!!! We have recommended FD to all our friends. Do yourself a huge favor give them a try!!!! Melissa and Phil
