        Weve had many contractors, and the results would always be the same inferior workmanship. Mr. Cruz is quite the opposite. You get top notch workmanship and a job completed in record time. He has completely removed replaced our front steps. Replaced sidewalk and cleared the violation, pointed and waterproofed the bricks on the house, installed a complete new roof.

        I highly recommend M Cruz construction and the company's owner, Sam. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and Sam's professionalism. Recently, I was having an issue with water coming in when it rained. Sam diagnosed and resolved the issue completely. He responded promptly to my message and showed up for our appointment as scheduled. He and his team completed the work the same day. Also, I would like to mention that they did some work for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with that as well. I plan to call him again in the future when I need additional work to be done on my house.
