I recently visited the BP gas station and had a terrible experience with one of their employees. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and treated me very poorly.
In my opinion, the way this employee treated me was completely unacceptable. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it's important for customer service representatives to remain professional and courteous at all times. I certainly won't be returning to this BP gas station anytime soon, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.
