        I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. And this was on the 13th later that day, I received notification that my order was canceled in being refunded because they could not find anyone to deliver my flowers on time, which was fine. But here it is the 23rd. And now I still have not seen my refund. Nor can I get anyone to respond to my email period and the money was definitely taken out of my account. Hopefully this review will get someone to respond and Make sure my money's refunded.

      We apologies can you give us a call at 914-304-7197Please be aware we don’t have a website and call your bank asap To resolve this review Update : we did our investigation This order was from a flower shop called sarata flowersNumber 800-723-7788I read reviews they scam Please be aware this isn’t use we are Saritas not sarata Please help me out and remove this review
