She makes you feel very comfortable but keeps her professionalism about her. very kind and gentle with my eyes, forgot she was even doing them half the time never any redness or puffiness from it doesnt have a smell. The lashes are boom. The lash growth serum I used on my hair actually and it worked wonders.
