Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Courses

01-06-2024 First time playing there, better than we expected; Very kind staffs, good conditioned greens, nice layout fairways, nice bunkers with good sands, nice designed fields, and more. Only 20 minutes from NJ. I would come back :)

Been playing Pelham Bay early morning with the sunrise often this summer. The conditions of the course are pristine! Especially the greens!!! Despite us busy New Yorkers being in too much of a hurry to clean a ball mark (ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE COURSE PEOPLE), the greens are beautiful and roll true. They've been out doing maintenance on every occasion I have played and it shows guys. Keep up the good work! Also, shout out to Andrew and Frankie in the proshop for being not only awake, but also at work at 5am!

My fiancee and I heard so many great things about this venue. I personally have attended a sweet sixteen in this venue and loved it. The place is beautiful. When it came to and I wanted to book this place for my future wedding, it was so annoying, taxing and unprofessional. I had sent multiple emails with no response until about a month later and my fiancee tried calling multiple times with no response and all the calls ending in voicemails but no calls back. Then when we get the chance to speak to John, we were able to set an appointment. The day comes and we arrive at the venue with our moms and John is nowhere. We are told to sit and wait and we waited for close to 45mins and still no John. Then an employee finally gets a hold of John and he then tells us John needs to reschedule and will contact us the next day but nothing further. The next day comes and no call or anything. There wasnt even a courtesy call or email to us saying he wasnt able to meet with us. We both feel we have wasted time and money, since we took an uber going and coming to the place (which wasnt cheap by the way). It was so unprofessional! If you decide on this place just take the advice of you might be waiting FOREVER for an answer.

Nice track, great shape, fairways and greens beautifully maintained. If youre going to play Pelham/Split Rock, the Split Rock track is the course to play.
