Always friendly and responsive and responsible.  They remember our names without prompt. Clothes done well and no error over several years. Covid has hit cleaners hard but Parkdale remains open and busy.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A DOWN COAT.I rarely leave bad reviews but this IS A MUST. I bought a brand new Mackage coat that cost me almost 1000$ as my birthday gift to myself which was recent in the past 3 months. Long story short the coat had a minor stain on the pocket and shoulder and I asked if it was possible to remove. They gave me a date to come pick it up and when I came the jacket looked horrendous. They ruined my coat which was red and now looks off orange. I was in complete disbelief when I saw the leather trims all being wrinkled and almost peeled, my Mackage logo is so close to falling off and there's chemical stains all over my jacket mind you there was a CARE TAG for how to properly clean and it was stapled by THEM. They also managed to scratch all the metal matte black buttons to the point that  Mackages Warranty won't cover the damages. They didn't offer my money back only to re-dry clean once more WITH NO GUARANTEE that no further damage would be done to my coat, ended up having to come back and ask for a refund because I was in disbelief . Never again, I have nice jackets that I will be taking elsewhere. NO RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY.
