Went to this store around 9:50 and was told they close at 9:30. However, the store hours on the door and online says the store closes at 10. Then it was a Spanish guy vacuuming the floor and had the nerve to say to me are you my boss? When I stated that it wasnt yet 10PM.

The pharmaceutical department is very unprofessional when calling patients for their medication information while also mentioning the name of the prescription for example hi this ms. Brown? I am calling in regarding your birth control do you know how to take them etc like are serious right now? First of all not one professional pharmacist or employee is suppose to mention any type of medical treatment u r taking unacceptable for their mannerisms and uneducated professionalism should take up sensitivity classes for their in consideration serves at rite aid. Very rude and they will make u wait ten minutes for medication that they told you pick up half an hour ago. Never ever again will I recommend rite aid to anyone who lives around the area.
