        Negligence is the word I would use to describe this practice. My mother is bedridden with Parkinson's, needs constant updating on her medications and a few times now when I call ri make the appointment for a televisit to refill her heart medication, they don't call. And when I call to ask why, and they say the call was made which it wasn't! This is now 3 times this week! They have the correct number for both my mom and I and neither of us received any calls at all. I'm at a loss for this place, aren't medical staff supposed to be bonafide heroes in this country? Not these guys.
