        I adore this beauty supply store. The products are of high standard! The atmosphere is off the chains and the clerks makes you feel so welcome. They're VERY professional.

        Looked like a nice place, its too bad they wont let anyone in 15 minutes before theyre listed as closing, even if you tell them the exact, single item you need.

        Their return policy sucks. Exchange only within 3 days. I bought a wig that I saw on display on a mannequin in black. The only color available was what I thought I be a red brown color in the pack. It was actually a horrendous orange color fit for a clown, shiny and looked completely different from what I saw in the store. They refused to allow e to exchange it despite it being in untouched condition. This is the second time I bought something from this store that was an absolute waste of money. Will never shop here again. Zero customer service.
