A diploma shouldnt be the only qualification an employee in this office should have. Some cases are directed to one of the two parents not both. The worker failed to check on the child for months and constantly lied about small things for no reason in court. Worker could never answer one question because unfortunately they clearly werent qualified nor trained for the position. Always would say Ill ask my supervisor and never did. No help was provided just a paper. Its unfortunate and sad the type of trauma and stress families with good parent(s) go through over workers. You cant tell me in one or two visits walking in and out not even looking through the home and with any conversation you can make a decision on a case.

Nasty workers they're not helpful they're not considerate they're not people that you can talk to they behave as if they're the one live in your life they're not there to men families they more likely to want to rip the kids away from their parents then to find a way to get things in order
