They have the worst customer service and always get your order wrong. Too much attitude

Legit just went in today. Through drive through and came back because my iced lavender latte tasted like oat milk with flavoring. Come back in the store and asked the barista Tes nicely that it tasted like just milk. Responding theres coffee in there i know cause I did it. Was nasty the whole time and was mad on redoing the drink. With and attitude chuckling like if Id bother her. And I simply told her if anything is bothering her dont put that on the customers cause she was super nasty. Dont work in customer service than Tes. All those Starbuck pins and your customer service skills is garbage and the drinks you put out. Tried to talk to the manager and she didnt respond just stood there all lost. Dont be a manager than. Should have been handle differently because disgusting. And guess what that first drink was milk because this time there was actual coffee. You can tell by color and i use to work in Starbucks. Dumb straight dumb Will be reporting Tes cause her personality disgusting

One night, my interest went out. I ran to Starbucks and was able to start my Zoom call. The 9thworkers were great and made me comfortable. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes street level
