I was waiting there for 10mins for them to tell me they dont have it when she came out she went straight to the front without even telling me until I asked her again if she had it

Wonderful and exceptional service! I was greeted as soon as I approached the store by a kind young lady. I came into this journeys Saturday to purchase a pair of shoes that didnt fit my son, Cheyenne was kind enough to hold the correct pair until I was able to reach the store right before they closed Monday night. It was a super fast and friendly exchange ! Cheyenne and her team were very helpful.

Great customer service. The only problem I have with them is, they would rather return a pair of shoes that someone worn once then to exchange some brand new shoes with a missing box. Make it make sense.
