They have a very clear and easy to use online platform to upload our tax docs, and they were available any time we had questions whether by email or phone. Mr. Redwan Ahmed was our accountant and he made the whole process so easy. With his help, our tax return included a big refund where I had thought we weren't eligible for any. Since this was our first filling together, we took our sweet time getting all of our documents and reviewing the return Ahad&Co put together, and not once did they rush us or lose the context of our case.
