        Customer service was totally horrible. I went in there so they could fix my Apple Mac screen and came back out with two broken problems. Camera doesn't work and now when I open the mac it makes a cracking sound. They charge me $400 and I'm very disappointment. This place is a scam and do not come here and waste your money nor time.

        **SCAM FRAUD ALERT** (Federal Trade Commission complaint ID 146358746) My name is Samuel Castro, I am an 8 year Army combat veteran and the following is my forthright review: Awful customer service. This store is a straight up scam... charged me double the price... AFTER already having charged me once stating the phone phone ended up costing more than they thought and because the plan had been started a refund isn't possible. Also included in my 720 dollar payment was supposed to be 3 months of unlimited data... Those 3 months don't exist... SCAM ALERT. FRAUD ALERT. Stay away. Have reported to the BBB, FTC, and CFPB. *Seen by Paola and spoke to her supervisor over the phone who subsequently hung up on me after berating me for 10 minutes*

        They sold me today used iphone 6s+ as a brend new and price was $290... I'll report the case and wait for the agency to resolve it since they refuse to refund the money Update: I contacted customer service via chat. Agent Ken told me they are unable to help me becouse phone was not purchased from their website...
