        Worst place ever! They charged me an extra 265.00 for no reason. These people are steal extra money for commission. I couldn't get it back. The line i had already was cancelled for no apparent reason. I already reported them to at&t head coordinators for fraud. I truly hope they close them down or find new management

        Whoever manages this and the fordham store should get together because it's the same experience. Never have I felt like I wasted my time more than I did here. 1. WHY IS EVERYONE SITTING DOWN INCLUDING SECURITY BUT THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SEATS FOR ME? 2. WHY ARE THE ONES BEING HELPED NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT CELL PHONES OR THE WORK???? 3. YOU ARE INVISIBLE HERE UNLESS YOU HIT ON A TASK THAT GIVES COMMISSION. Walk by the store and everything looks right. Walk in and you'll see a well done diorama. What a waste of time.
