Very unprofessional, unreliable, and the worst branch I ever experienced. Im a loyal customer for many years but due to my encounter with one of the banker and how he handled the situation, I will close all my accounts associated with this bank. I was making payment and one of my bills were not accepted and I flattened and re-submitted. Then my bill came out again 1/3 ripped and missing. I informed the banker what happened and I had a witness, another customer who was standing next to me. The banker said technician is on site and will be taking care of it and would mot accept my bill to exchange until it was examined by their technician. He said I will be getting a phone call in an hour. I waited and waited, but nothing. I called the branch and he answered. He put me on hold and never returned. Im very upset and this is pretty ridiculous.
