        Customer service is not a priority at this location. The staff pretends to be busy while the patrons have to wait for a long time to receive service. Customer service staff needs to be trained on the etiquettes

        I totally regret the whole experience I would never again go to theses ppl for anything there communication sucks also as a customer of a parent guardian account It concerns me more than ever now that my daughter is 18 Oh not to mention the manager mr Jose who pretends to be so busy to even acknowledge your right there oh also plan ahead of time if not you will be there all day also never go to kanae hynes u can give her a call just to Verify docs and she will say yes yes until u travel the long distance also wait for her about a hour or 2 just to be told your child has to come back for the 4th time did I mention she is in college and has been going through these frustrations which we no college is a bit frustrating already Apple bank are to be Discontinued at this point They dont understand loyalty
