        THE WORST BANK OF NYC THEY HOLD MY MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT FOR 2 DAYS I GO TO THE BANK THEY DIDNT WANTED TO ASSIST ME N THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHAT TYPE OF BANK DOES THIS ? THE MANAGER YOCAIRA IS RACIST

        I was wondering why they had such a bad reputation and now I saw it myself. The worst TD Bank in all of New York. The employees are all lazy. I couldn't make a deposit of $250,000 because they simply didn't want to work. TD bank should take action on this because it is not fair to have employees in a bad mood at work just talking between them. Horrible experience. I would like they all go the TD Bank at Brooklyn locations to learn.

        Girl at the front desk was very rude and tried to answer my questions as fast as she could i did not feel like she actually helped me, i did not experience this going to the TD bank at parkchester(which seems like the one i gotta go to in order to get better service ) .Need to improve your customer service.

        I went in yesterday for a replacement card because my card was locked because of fraudulent charges. After being on the line for 20 min to see a teller, I was told that the tellers dont do that service and that I would have to see customer service. When I go to customer service they tell me that they no longer are taking more customers. Today I went to the branch at 640 fordham rd and the TELLER gave me a new card and was able to unlock my card. This proves that I was lied to for a service I should have received. Never again will I go there. Avoid this branch at all costs!
