My steering locked up on my 1990 Chevy van and I had AAA tow it to Nor Bronx River. They told me they needed to rebuild the steering column. I had to call them several times and after a month call me to say the van is ready. Within 24 hours, I had the van towed back to them and they say the steering gear box is bad and I need a new one. They never called me and never answered my calls. After three months and multiple trips to their garage, they finally fix the gear box and tell me that my battery is bad and i need a new one. I bought a brand new battery back in September of 2021, right before bringing it to them the first time. I check the battery and its not the one that I purchased. They switched out (STOLE) my battery and gave me a dead Valucraft battery. These guys are UNPROFESSIONAL and THEIVES. I wont even stop there for gas anymore. They have lost my business forever.
