Hello Mamadou, just so you know businesses are not allowed to delete reviews. If your reviews are being deleted that’s not on us. As we had previously answered to your review, let us please remind you that when you brought in your car for repairs it had already been previously repaired and the previous job was extremely horrible. We had to fix the previous poor job that was done (that takes time). Also, you only mention bad things on this review but you do not mention all the good stuff we have done for you! For example, we added tires on your car that were not included. We painted your WHOLE car when that also wasn’t supposed to be done. Every single thing in your car that wasn’t perfect, we fixed for you! Did it take long? Yes it did because we don’t work magic, work takes time. Also, your car is here at our shop AGAIN. If we were as bad as you claim us to be, why did you return? You brought your car back here, to RAPID CAR, not to Mercedes Benz or any other shop. That has a lot say. If we were as bad, I imagine you would have not returned. Now please come pick up your car, we do not want to work on it again, and I believe that’s the reason for this review. We try our best for all of our customers to leave happy, but it seems impossible with you. I believe it’s best you take your car to another shop.

Hello Mamadou, you can try leaving reviews from different accounts as much as you want. Everyone knows it’s you. We apologize for not wanting to work on your car again, but that is our right. We are not obligated to work on all cars, if we do not want to do the job we can simply say no. And if we are as bad as you say we are, why would you return to our shop? Please come pick up your car.
