I'm immensely disappointed with Alex and his guys. Eduard came to give me the washing machine and dryer, the washing machine doesn't work, it was missing parts to install it. I sent them a message and they didn't answer me, I was a good friend to them and bought them a pizza for dinner because it was very late, they didn't give me a copy of the receipt, they just sent me a photo, now they don't answer the phone and they don't respond, terrible people. don't buy from them

This guy talks a good talk. He showed me videos of his store and assured me that he was a legit business man, sent pictures of the appliances he was going to deliver. I had a gut feeling and failed to follow through with it, both the stove and fridge did not work as expected. The fridge has a door error and the stove smoked the house out for over 1 hour and the clock doesn't work, so you can't see what temp the oven is set at. DON'T BUY! This guy IS NOT HONEST He showed me videos of his store and assured me that he was a legitimate businessman, he sent photos of the appliances he was going to deliver. I had a feeling and didn't go ahead with it, both the stove and the refrigerator were not working as expected. The fridge has a bug in the door and the stove filled the house with smoke for over 1 hour and the clock doesn't work so you can't see what temperature the oven is set to.

Delivered a stove that doesnt function. Ive called & messaged with no response . Ive been trying to get it replaced . Initially sales associate stated they would come replace and then no one ever showed up. Not responding now. No compren aqu

Complete scam artists. Sold me a non-working washer and dryer. I called not even 2 hours after they delivered and installed, and they said they would come replace it. Sure enough same as Johana's review below, they never wind up coming and now no one from the store answers the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Seriously though, learn from mine and other's mistakes.

0 stars if I could, a complete SCAM! I bought a fridge in February, in the beginning of May it doesn't work any more, I reach out to them May 17 they told me they will come since its in the "warranty", they said thy would be there the 18th, then i got the 19th and then they said the following week "for sure" they didnt show up to my house until May 26th around 9 pm and not even 3 weeks later and the the fridge is broken again ALEX says its no longer in the warranty and nothing he can do about it WHEN HE IS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME ALL IT NEEDS IS JUICE THE FIRST TIME AROUND AND THAT IT WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN! CLEARY HE IS A LIAR SELLING STUFF THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!
