After watching this place being erected from my flat just next door in 2022 and part of 2023, I just knew it was meant for me. Overlooking the Harlem River to the south, and the vast Bronx expanse elsewhere, this beauty is right along the Deagan Expressway, and a quick walk to the 6 Train a few blocks away for convenience. The perfect conflation of Manhattan and Bronx life!

I was approved for a one bedroom after submitting all my forms online and communicating for weeks with the leasing staff. A few days before I was about to pay my deposit, I was told the rent price had increased, despite it showing the same price on the website. Such a waste of my time and a bit sketchy. Not only that, the apartments you see on their website don't match what they tell you is available. I would just avoid all together or do your research and confirm you're paying what they say.
