I will never again use this company, I would not recommend anyone go to them and if you do make sure you have all of your documents. Berenice did my taxes and she tried to manipulate me into thinking that the charges they charged me were no true. They wrote me a check from the company instead of getting direct deposit or my check from IRS, my taxes were filed on February 7th. Almost three weeks later I had to be the one to follow up since I didn't see the direct deposit, and when she checked she later told me that they got it and I'll have it tomorrow. I gave her my banking information and she told me it would take six week for me to get it because they have to send it back to IRS. I said no just bring me the check, I thought it was going to be the original IRS check but it wasn't. I received the federal, and we're now in April and have yet to receive the state. I had to call the office to find out what amount I was getting back since I didn't have it on the print out that I received from Berenice. I have never had to wait this long for my taxes and I was very disappointed and disgusted with Berenice's attitude when I attempted to follow up, she was aggressive and loud with her tone. Would not recommend, I think they file taxes fraudulently. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
