        I had been going to Oak Orchard since I was a teenager. I'm now twenty-one years old, and I recently strained my back at work. Some time passed (Only a week), I got better, and all I needed was a little note from a doctor saying I was clear to go back to work without restrictions. They refused to see me at all. They refused the tiny effort to write a few words on a piece of paper, and they have costed me 5 days of lost time. It literally costed these people more money to not write the note because now I no longer associate with these dweebs. They lost me as a patient because of their ignorance and their lack of hospitality. These people are not doctors, they're business workers. I did not appreciate being treated like I had the plague. I expected better from them, a lot better, being with them for so many years and they can't even write a note. A little advice to the employer: Make sure your doctors are literate before you hire them.

        My son has gone to this practice for years. Medical services have always been good however dental services have taken a huge nose dive!! Patients are unable to be seen for their 6 month cleanings and are being scheduled once a year. How is this acceptable? If there are not enough dental hygienst to support this practice perhaps they should close this part of the business? Or merge with another company that can support the needs of the business. We all have sympathy for staffing shortages but this has been going on for some time now.

        My doctor is awesome, but being able to get on the phone with anyone is impossible. I had my phone sitting on speakerphone while working and after an hour and 15 mins I still hadnt reached anyone. For the last 20-30 mins of the call it said I was #1 in line. I even tried the call me back option but if you cant answer because youre working you end up waiting forever on the phone again anyway. Ive never called and been able to reach someone in under 30 minutes.
