Replaced several exterior cedar decks around a beach house. Excellent craftsmanship. The understructure was reinforced with treated wood and metal braces and the top of the beams were sealed with black tape to prevent water seepage around the screws. Involved figuring out tricky spaces and installing trap doors. He really knows what he's doing and the final product was beautiful. What was really important is that he was able to start the work within a week or so and then completed it very efficiently in a couple of weeks, which is pretty unusual for contractors in this area. Very professional.
