Janet was amazing! Selling a house can be so stressful and Janet made it is as easy and streamlined as possible. She was incredibly professional and confident and was empathetic to us as sellers throughout the process. Our house went for over asking! She not only helped us sell our house, she was the very same person who sold it to us over a decade ago. I am pretty sure she sold every house on our block at some point. Can't recommend Janet highly enough!

Janet was a phenomenal realtor and absolutely the reason we now live in a home we adore! She was patient with us, truly honest, and made sure we never felt like we were doing it alone. She was always available, super knowledgeable, and even when the closing process got tricky, she did everything possible to make sure I knew what was going on and make sure we had everything we needed to wrap it up smoothly. Janet was very helpful and knowledgeable but overall, she was patient. She took my wife and I out almost every weekend for about 8 months. I definitely recommend Ms. Brand, her knowledge and expertise are of the highest order.
