She has extensive knowledge in the field and has a great down to Earth attitude. She treated me like family and provided insight with every property visit. She brought up any concerns promptly and welcomed open communication. She respected my limitations and kept within the scope of what i had been looking for. It was brought to my attention that Realtor John Ravetto, who works from this office, has posted photos of my property (which is not for sale) on a listing on his website. He is misrepresenting the property that actually is for sale. I first encountered Mr. Ravetto when he mistakenly posted a for sale sign on my property in 2018. When I asked him to remove the sign, he became belligerent and informed me that he "knew how to read a map" and he had every right to sell my property." As the long-time sole owner of my family farm, I knew its location and that it was not for sale. I tried to explain this to Mr. Ravetto, but he refused to listen. He called me "emotional" and hung up on me. He also had driven over my lawn, leaving tire impressions in the soft ground. What I didn't realize at the time is that he further trespassed into the property and photographed my farm. He finally did remove the sign and I thought that was the end of it, until a few days ago. A neighbor found the photos he took of my land posted on a website for a different property. Ravetto's disrespect and incompetence are appalling. His behaviour towards me was nasty and frightening. If he epitomizes the sales staff at Houlihan Lawrence, I'd never hire one of their agents, should I ever need a realtor.
