        The knotweed honey was the best honey I ever had. Got it from a local store. Been trying to locate the beekeeper who makes it for a good part of a year with no success. Does he have a store? Can I just show up to this Brewster Hill address? The phone number is always off the hook....

        Outstanding honey!!! I've become addicted. Mike is a great guy, he lets you sample different varieties and makes good recommendations. I once stopped on a Saturday at his little trailer that he parks right off of the I 84 exit in Brewster. I didn't have any money on me so I stopped to ask if he would be there on Sunday. He told me to take whatever jars of honey I wanted and to pay him the next time!!! I didn't even know him. I'm there every two weeks to buy 3 different types Buckwheat, Knotweed and Pumpkin Blossom...
