Lia Honda Brewster

Just completed leasing a new CR-V Hybrid with Lia Honda. It literally could not have gone any smoother. We started the process online, which we had never done before, and it turned out to be a great option - probably saved us hours at the dealer. Our sales representative, Adam Marshall, was very easy to reach, super-friendly, and facilitated the whole process. Even the financial representative, Chris (forgot his last name), was easy to work with, and did not pressure us into any extras. By the way, their sales office is spotless and well-organized - far better than many upscale dealerships we have used before. I would recommend Lia in Brewster to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Oh, and the CR-V is really nice.

It was a complete nightmare - communication was nonexistent, and I strongly recommend buying elsewhere. It was an 8 day migraine and I regret it. My salesman did not have communication written on his resume I guess - Im honestly impressed the communication was so bad, thats the only thing they put effort into apparently. Theres a weirdly annoying short guy with no neck dressed as a middle school JV football coach who insists on buying you breakfast sandwiches from the gas station or something. I put a deposit down on a vehicle. Then 8 days later I show up after a headache of an ordeal (waited for 2 hours there though there was an appointment) and the vehicle had a few hundred miles more on it than when I put the deposit down and the interior was noticeably dirty and muddied up. Windshield interior was smudged and dirty. Though they had the vehicle for 8 days, their excuse for not cleaning it was that it was too cold for it to dry the morning I picked it up - never mind the previous 7 days they drove the hell out of it. Said theyd give me a free detail because they owed it but after trying for 5 days I still havent got a response about that hence why Im writing this review. The finance guy was great though - that dealership is lucky to have him. This was a first time newer car purchase for me and the experience checked all the negative car salesman stereotypes. I would not recommend this dealership.

Very happy with Lia Honda and the purchase of our 2024 Ridgeline - especially Peter Leahy in sales and Chris in finance. Due to a misunderstanding on my part they both resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Lia Honda

Our sales person, Duane Spencer, was terrific to work with, a real professional. There were no "typical" annoying sales pitches, just honest and thorough questions and answers, and he made sure we purchased the exact car we wanted. Well done.

Found everything I was looking for and a great deal. Adam Marshall helped me get in and out quickly. Will definitely come back when its time for a new Honda.
