Res-Com Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace died just a few days before Christmas. I have two very small children, one only a few weeks old. We panicked, imagining having to keep the kids warm for even one night without heat. We called Res-Com and had someone at our house that day. A temporary part was installed so that our very old furnace would hopefully give us one more night of heat which it did. I spoke to Steve directly when he heard of our situation. He was extremely empathetic and made sure to have our financial requirements squared away as quickly as possible and we had a new furnace installed that next morning. Were extremely grateful for how Steve and everyone at Res-Com worked so quickly.
