FR Smith & Sons Marina

Recently purchased a boat from F.R. smith. I looked at boats across NY state at countless marinas. Including marinas on lake George. My salesman was David, he was excellent. Had a chance to meet the owner, the service manager and a few guys that work there. Everyone bent over backwards to make our experience stellar. They put boats in the water on 12/29/23 for us to water test. No other marina would even entertain that idea. I should mention that the boat I purchased was under 20k. They treated us like we were buying a boat worth much more. If youre in the market give them a chance you wont be disappointed. These guys are first class.

We have used FR Smith for the last four visits to LG. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their boats are superior to other local businesses. They go out of their way to keep their customers satisfied.

Rented a boat from FR Smith & Sons for 3 days during Labor Day weekend. The online rental system convenient and easy to use. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful when we arrived. They made sure to explain the lake, rules, fun activities and answer any questions. Everyone greeted us with a smile each morning and night. The boat was beautiful and in perfect condition. I have rented from many other places in the area and this was the best experience.

We had a great day on the beautiful waters of Lake George. We're so grateful to Scott and all the staff. We had never been boating before, and the information and assistance Scott provided allowed us truly enjoy the experience. We will definitely be visiting and renting a boat in the future. Thank you.
