I would give Precision Innovations Corp. 6 stars if possible!!! James did a great job at a more then reasonable price. He completed the job in the time estimated. Which is important to me after being burnered from quite a few contractors before. His customer service (including dealing with my crazy dog and and crazier kids) and quality craftsmanship is outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Which is why we have asked him to return for many other projects at our home. I cant recommend Precision Innovations Corp. enough.

My boyfriend & I needed shelves put up in our kitchen. James was kind enough to come by on Labor Day weekend to set them up for us. Not only were the shelves up quick, but it was a great price! Highly recommend and will be using him for future projects!

I regret to say that my experience with this service provider was highly disappointing. While the quality of their work was decent, and their pricing was reasonable, their lack of professionalism and commitment to the agreed schedule left much to be desired. Initially, they showed up for the initial work, which was appreciated. However, their repeated failure to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule was a major setback. Several weeks ago, they canceled on us at the last minute, claiming they needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, they failed to show up on the rescheduled date as well. This was particularly frustrating as the work we needed to get done was time-sensitive. In an attempt to resolve the situation, we made multiple calls and sent numerous text messages to confirm their availability, both the day before and on the day of the appointment. Regrettably, they never responded to any of our attempts to contact them. Their complete lack of communication and disregard for our time and needs were highly unprofessional. Given the negative experience we had, I cannot recommend this service provider. It would be in your best interest to seek assistance elsewhere. Reliable and professional providers are available, and I encourage you to explore other options to save yourself the frustration and inconvenience we endured. Remember, your time and the timely completion of tasks are valuable, and it is important to choose a service provider who respects and prioritizes these aspects.

When I was left with a half finished refurbished bathroom project, James and his team took over. Within days the project was compete & beautiful! I sure made the right choice when I hired them!
