        Customer service inside is great. Unless you know exactly what you looking for may not be the best place. Very few items on shelves. Not the place to window shop! You may be spending time digging through a part supply book. A few times i got parts that were wrong because they were taking a guess at which part was right. Like i said its great if you have part numbers and all item details. General part are a stab in the dark.

      Hi There: We have the largest truck parts inventory in the southern tier, but it is defintely not all out on display in the parts showroom. Our professional staff works hard to get as much detail as possible before recommending a product, but sometimes the specifications do need to be precise to get the right item for the right application. We know it's not always easy to have all the answers and our team faces challenges every day in trying to help customers that are providing as much information as they can. We appreciate the shout-out for our customer service and we're sorry we were unable to provide the right solution for your needs on the first try. Our staff WILL work hard for you to make it right if you let them know what was wrong and I'm certain they can provide a better option knowing that what was originally provided didn't work.
