Ben seriously is the best landlord in Binghamton! He worked with us to make sure we not only found the best property but had all the accommodations we needed to feel safe. Him and his team made the leasing process so easy, and when we had specific requests he worked with us to meet them. He says his goal to to make students happy and he really works hard to make that happen. Definitely work with him, this is my third year living off-campus and he's the best landlord I've had.

I have had the pleasure of working with L&R Management Partners as a marketing/merchandising vendor! Love working with them as they are responsive, thoughtful, passionate, and dedicated in their approach to bringing high quality housing options to Binghamton. In addition, they are extremely professional, always complete payments on time, and are fun to work with!

Always reachable and very kind definitely a step up from my last housing experience. Quick to take action if needed, and they actually warned us if there were going to be visitors! (ie safety inspector, etc). Never had to worry ab hidden or unnecessary grabs at my safety deposit. Highly recommend :)

Just signed a lease with L&R Management and the leasing team was amazing! They helped me and my roommates with our specific requests and were very accommodating! I highly recommend to anyone looking for housing in Binghamton.
