        I had a bad experience at this UPS facility during this holiday. I waited for 15 minutes at the over-the-counter medicine area, which was crowded with people trying to get their prescriptions. There was confusion due to the lack of a clear queue. When I approached the employee at the counter for assistance, she responded with a bad attitude and was quite rude. This was disappointing and not what I expected from their service.

        I WOULD LLIKE TO KONW WHY THE DELIVERY DRIVE THAT DROPPED OFF MY PACKAGE, LEFT MY PACKAGE ON THE STEPS TO MY FRONT PORCH AND I HAVE A SIGN JUST ABOVE MY MAILBOX THAT SAYS "LEAVE ALL PACKAGES INSIDE OF FRONT PORCH" AND HE LEFT IT ON THE STEPS UNDER MY MAILBOX IN THE OPEN WHERE ANYONE WALKING UP OR DOWN THE STREET CAN WALK UP AND TAKE IT!!!! IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENNED TO ANOTHER PACKAGE THAT WAS SENT TO ME!!! IF IT COMES TO IT I WILL REQUEST THAT I SIGN FOR EVERY PACKAGE THAT I ORDER!!!! THANK YOU YOUR TIME WITH THIS MATTER!!!!!!
