      image Excellent service from this business multiple times. From purchase of a stove with Carl to install to picking up pellets over the years.

      image I wish I could say I had a great experience. Everything was great up until the end, when a used pellet stove that was clearly stated as $2500 turned into $2995 with a large installation fee and parts fee, causing it to be a total bill of $4000, of course presented once the stove was already installed. All of my savings have now been flushed down the toilet for a pellet stove that we are just trying to install in order to sell the house, which I'm not even sure we can right now seeing as our moving budget is gone.
