My roommate and I were touring other places and saw The Printing House in between tours. We decided to go in and check it out. B was an amazing tour guide. They were able to answer all of our questions and give us great insight. The Printing House seems like a great place to live!

Considering the rent I am paying for this apartment, I am not at all satisfied. My apartment flooded in September due to a burst pipe and I am still struggling to get compensation for my damaged items. I understand that things like this happen and I'm not upset about the incident - I'm upset about how it's been handled. We were put in hotels for 6 weeks and the repairs to the apartment only began in the 6th week. It was impossible to get information from staff and my roommates and I felt in the dark throughout the process. I was told by a Printing House staff member that Foxen insurance would cover the damages to my personal items which it did not. This insurance company seems to be a scam and I'm extremely disappointed that Printing sets its residents up with it. I am still communicating with Printing trying to get compensation and am constantly told that I'll be informed when there is any progress. Responses from Printing have become fewer and far between. I'm not convinced that I will ever receive compensation. It has been FOUR months since the incident. Aside from this issue, the elevators are constantly broken. I should not be paying just under a thousand dollars a month in Binghamton, NY to have to walk up six flights of stairs with arms full of groceries. Multiple washing/drying machines were broken for most if not all of the first semester. There are constant heating/cooling issues throughout the building. My apartment will be freezing or sweltering while a friend's apartment is the opposite. We have no control over the heating/cooling. I discourage friends from living here next year and I'll be living elsewhere for the next school year as I pursue my master's degree.

Had ann anmxing informative tour of the Printing House! The leasing consultant B was very personable and energetic and well informed on the property. The amenities we toured were extensive and nice!
