Johnny and John were great! Johnny took the time to explain to me what was going wrong, the best ways to prevent clogs going forward and untimely fixed the clog in my house trap. We finally got some relief from the backflow in our basement. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber - ask for Johnny!

Super quick to address the situation. Upon arrival tech was informative throughout the whole process. Super friendly. Walked through each process step by step. Took care of the issue at hand without trying to say bigger things were wrong or try to create problems that were not there just to charge more. Highly recommend!!!

Had an issue with my bathroom sink. John showed up within the hour, identified what was wrong and taught me how everything worked as he fixed it. I truly appreciated his help and the education. Highly recommend, and will be using Rooter Man again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!
