This company provides no satisfaction.they made it so impossible for me to have simple improvements done in my condo. Austin Cleary is condescending, rude and disrespectful. NO communication skills! These are the people they hire in this company. They are incompetent!

I do not recommend based upon they sent two letters that we were blocking our own driveway. However, my downstairs neighbor leaves her home with the dryer running and isn't reprimanded. Leaving the dryer running when you leave for the evening and return around 2AM in the morning is a SAFETY concern. Touchstone Property Management does nothing to enforce this issue. They say it's a dispute. No it isn't, it's a SAFETY concern. I'm a retired Firewoman with fifteen years of experience in fire safety training. Called and the owner refuses to speak with us about the concern. They have their priorities screwed up!!!

Our company has had the distinct pleasure of working with Touchstone on several of their managed properties. Brian and his team are easy to work with and show they really care about exceeding their clients' expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a hard working management company that goes above and beyond.

Touchstone Management has been a pleasure to work with, the transition from our prior company was amazing. Brian and his staff are professional and so experienced in every aspect involving our home owners association. Their state of the art technology is easy to use and when you have a question they never never rush you off the phone or put you on hold. I would recommend Touchstone to any community looking to change companies.
