Nice clean facility. All the machines I used worked as expected. The area felt nice and safe. I had a Friendly greeting at the desk and bathroom were clean. What else could you asked for?

10 stars! Adam has become one of the most important people in my sons life. He is a coach and a mentor and in a short time has changed my son's entire sense of self. He is confident, healthy and strong and without Adam that would not be the case.

Coach Adam is by far the best at what he does. My son has been training with him for a few months and has lost 13lbs and counting. Coaches approach is no nonsense no coddling straight forward boxing/training mentality that you do not find nowadays. He expects every boxer give it everything they have as he gives it everything he has. The best part of Coach is that he doesn't sugarcoat anything he tells you the way it is like it or not. He has been preparing my son not only for the ring but outside to be able to defend himself which I am grateful for. If you are looking to get into shape and gain boxing knowledge who better than a true boxing champion. I highly recommend Coach Adam!!!
