        Not a great experience. Was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled time without an apology or even acknowledgment of the excessive wait. When called in the doctor didnt even introduce herself to me and the overall appointment was extremely rushed, doctor barely got close enough to my face to see what was going on and seemed disinterested when I wanted to continue explaining some of the problems I had been having. Quick to get you in and out. Definitely felt as if I was an inconvenience for the team there. Extremely disappointed, hopefully others will have a better experience if they choose to go here.

        Never felt more unheard in my life. Came in for an appointment, doctor dismissed my words and spoke over me. I was barely there for 15 min. Appointment was rushed and made me uncomfortable with the lack of patient care. Im sure theyll be unbothered when reading this as well as me saying that i wont be returning.

        Terrible, no follow-ups on patients' medication, they are not able to do their work and send the information to the pharmacy, then they blame you, very bad situation.

        We love Dr. Flashner & all the staff. My teenage girls and myself go there. They really care. Recently I got a call when there was a cancellation of a time a lot I prefer to bring my girls in for (first thing in the morning so they dont miss much school) and as soon as that cancellation happened I got a call with a very happy voice letting me know the time I like is now available. That is truly a caring place. I highly recommend them from the front desk people and everyone in between and of course Dr. Flashner everyone is so kind and professional. My teenagers love Dr. Flasher she takes the time to talk with them and answer all their questions. The office is clean.
